help needed in doing this

i want to create a table in photoshop which has 2 rows.the first row is the heading in green color and the second one is the matter in it(text) which is white in color but the background of the second row is orange.Now when i resize this table my text should fall into the place..like it should wrap to the table according to its size..instead of behaving like static text.
Please do guide me in how i shud do this and how the text shud wrap up to the table according to its size...
please please..help needed

photoshop isn't made for doing that kind of stuff, use QuarkXpress or InDesign or something like that. Else just use Excel...

Well, you link the layer of the text to the layer of the row. And then you hit ctrl + t... and resize...

ahh, that's what he wants? hmm, I thought he wanted to make a real table
