Scars

I have a picture of a person in photoshop and what I was hoping to do was add realistic looking scars to the body. I was hoping that someone might know how to do this or have a link to somewhere that would help. Thanks.

Using the different options with the burn tool (Shadows/Highlights/Midtones) you can make some very good-looking ones just by brushing around and experimenting.

I( saw a tutorial for this somewhere, but the site escapes me. Someone has definately written a tutorial though. Also, my 'full dark' tutorial covers some burn-tool stuff.
