Drivers!

I need drivers for my toshiba laptop cd-rom drive!
Its a TEAC DV-28E-B, I've tried many search engine, maybe someone else knows.

Hmmm.... are you sure that is the right info? I could not even find that model on the toshiba site.

We have an old toshiba satellite pro and most info we needed for it started there.

but other than that..i couldn't find anything either. i search driverguide.com but it did not find anything. sorry :(

Windows should auto load default drivers for devices like cd-roms/dvd/writers etc , what exactly happens when you connect the dvd drive to the laptop ?

if you need anything it would be dvd software

Also most OS's don't need drivers to run generic cdrom drices...

Windows XP, this happened after I reformated my harddrive, not immediatly though. Thanks for you help everyone, theres nothing at the support page..panda its not an external dvd rom.
