This is just an idea. But maybe you could put some google ads or something at the bottom of the page, so you could make some money. Then you could keep some off it, and use some of it for prizes for contests. If you put it on the bottom of the page, it wouldn't look bad.

@GM -- I wouldn't mind, honestly, if you need money to keep the forums up and running, or ya like ABC123 said, to have prizes for contests.

not a bad idea. hehe..and i love google ads because they are not intrusive like banners and such, they are kinda just there, they dont grab attention.

While finding ads extremely annoying and a waste of both space and bandwidth, it might be a thought.

I need to donate to the GF too. I couldn't before, but I forgot to after I got my student loan cheque. :dead:
