Publisher to Indesign conversion

Does anyone know how to convert a Publisher document to Indesign if you don't have a copy of Publisher itself?

Have tried opening the document or even placing it in InDesign?
If none of these work I don't know how you could convert the document without the original program.

I very much doubt a converter would work anyway. If you have a printed version of the document, you could at least recreate the text component. You would have to ask the author for the graphics files.
