Help needed!

Im trying to figure out how to put a little video clip in a graphic, like so...(and no i DID NOT make this, i wanna make it clear so i dont get accused of ripping)

and make frames

goto download.com and look for software that will convert ideo clips(avi or mpg) to GIF's
then all you do is import the GIFs and then use image ready or any GIF animation prog you have to place the clips in the graphics....but keep in mind though, your colour range will only be limited to 256 since it will be a GIF......you COULD always use Macromedia Flash though :)
