Ok I have a sig that is near completion and I'm trying to add an effect to it, but I can't seem to figure out how I need to go about this.

Basically what I want is the image window to look like a car windshield with raindrops hitting it and then trickling down it's front. Problem is the dripping, and I can't find a drip tutorial that works, or one that doesn't require plug ins that I don't have or know where to get. Such as Filter/Render/Fibers

I can't attach anything to this post, so unfortunately I can't show you anything. So I dunno how you are going to help me with this...

thanx though

How do I save that after I've created it, so that I can reuse it in other patterns or effects?

Not saving as a jpeg, but saving all those effect adjustments into a new style.
