I'm the club president at our college, and we have money to buy some Photoshop books for the people here on campus. Anyone have recommendations? (advanced books please, we already have books for beginners) THANKS!

cool! Have you got enough money to buy PS books for fellow forum mates, too? :cheers:

If you do, my personal favorites are
Scott Kelby books (http://www.scottkelbybooks.com/):
=> Down & dirty tricks (any version)
=> Classic effects
=> The Photoshop Book for Digital Photographers
=> Killer Tips
Another cool one is How to Cheat in Photoshop (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0240519531/104-7955231-4789534?v=glance)
Deke McClelland's Photoshop Bible (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0764541781/104-7955231-4789534?v=glance) is sort of a must-have, too

check out amazon, you will find tons of books - read the reviews. i prefer the inspirational books rather than how to books.
