His Name is Kanye West. He basically goes off track from the teleprompter, and blasts Bush for not supporting Black people.

Kayne West was at one of those celebrity tv fundraisers supporting relief efforts for the hurricane survivors and he went off the teleprompter and said something like "George Bush does not like black people" and then they switched off of him real fast. It was completely real!

i watched the kanye west thing earlier, but from the description above, hes after something different,
