Hi,

Does someone know InDesign CS well?

I have a problem. I´m designing a 14 page brochure with 4 normal spreads and two extra wide spreads. (check the attachment)

I´m having difficulties to set the extra wide spreads.
How do I set the kind of spread you see in my attachment?
The program doesn´t allow me to have more than 1 page spread for the first page (cover).

Yes.
No.
Maybe...?

1. Bring up the Pages palette (Window > Pages)
2. On the palette's menu make sure "Allow Pages to Shuffle" is UNCHECKED.
3. Create as many pages as you need and drag the pages (still in the Pages palette) next to each other creating as many kinds of spreads as you want. Since "Allow Pages to Shuffle" is unchecked, the little pages will snap to each other indicated by a vertical black bar.

This way you can drag 3 little pages next to each other for the first spread, two for the next spread, etc, etc.
