Hello, I'm a representative of http://www.xboxgrid.com (http://httpwww.xboxgrid.com) We need a template for our site, that is similar to
MOSTLY THIS ONE -- httpwww.exoload.net2061140154981.jpg (http://httpwww.exoload.net2061140154981.jpg)
httpwww.ign.com (http://httpwww.ign.com)
httpwww.teamxbox.com (http://httpwww.teamxbox.com)
httpwww.talkxbox.com (http://httpwww.talkxbox.com)
httpwww.xboxscene.com (http://httpwww.xboxscene.com)

What we're purchasing
1. Full Copyright, No 'Made-By' or anything
2. Only the .PSD, No coding nessisary.

What we're looking for
We need a template that is themed for the Xbox 360, but still has a very general feel to it, similar to CLICK TO VIEW (http://httpwww.exoload.net2061140154981.jpg)

We want the colours to be in the same flow as that, with the darker colours for our 'Latest Threads' etc..

We want the layout general layout EXACTLY like that template, with the login box overlapping, etc.. But we do however, want you to make a few more areas for the 'Latest Threads' etc..

In the content section however, we want a designed area for our latest articles, similar to the Flash area on httpwww.ign.com (http://httpwww.ign.com). We will however be doing ours in Javascript, so we do NOT want it done in flash, just images to give that appearence.

Payment
Our payments will be made VIA PayPal. Our price range consists from $25-$40 which we find reasonable for a .PSD

Or just post in this thread.

Once you start designing, please keep us an updated version of what you are doing, so we can cretique, and add our insights as you go.

I know some designers work for $20.00 an hour or more. But lets say you find a designer that will work for $10.00 an hour thats still only 2 to 4 hours of quality you will get. Don't expect the greatest quality.

Also your links are broken.

Yes. Most professional designers work for upwards of $90/hr. Though you may not find professional designers on these forums who will charge that much, but $25-40 is not going to hook you any takers, methinx, especially considering you are not merely purchasing a file, but someone's time and effort. Also, by your own account, full copyrights, which one could also put a price on.

I dont condone spec work or snowball prices but he/she has posted a project with his/her compensation. If you dont want to take the job leave the thread alone.
