I am after a banner in this style (see link) for a website forum I am making.

However, I only want this style. It is for a gaming forum, and therefore I need some ideas, and then the ideas made into the banner.
Ideally I would like someone who can draw original characters, and then I woulld like this character holding some sort of game controller, maybe near a TV screen or such setting. The character would have three quesiton marks over his head (in a style to match a logo I have already).
Payment by paypal. Amount of payment will be discussed with each individual, although it should be fairly high - as I am in urgent need of this.
