I think I've wrote step by step instructions. If that's not enough, I'm not sure what are you looking for. Have you read it? Have you actually tried it by following it? I never claimed that my english is perfect, but I tried to recreate my own instructions. I really don't know how to write it out in more detail. It's just an HTML document that you place into a folder for using it as a template. That's all.
