I am using mac osx at work, now when I get home to use my pc illustrator I mix up all the shortcut keys, always click 'windows' keys for duplicate a shape, and no need to say, Alt key as command key...

I heard that there is a method to change the shortcut keys on pc to be same as mac's, anyone heard that before and know how to do it?
thx a lot

well since pcs don't have a command/apple key I'm not sure what you would do about it. Basically all the pc shortcuts use the ctrl key instead of the apple key. It's annoying since they are in different positions on the mac keybord vs normal keyboards. You can blame Steve for that I guess.

This doesnt really answer you questions but I remember using a tiny ap ages ago called "WinKey" (I think) for windows 98, that let you set up custom shortcuts using your windows key. It was quite cool, but Im not sure if its still around or if there is something beter. Maybe a XP version or something!

Hi guys,

The "WinKey" sounds very good and i just wanted to see if you know of anywhere where i can get a version of this taht is suitable for windows XP at all??

Its definately something that would save me a lot of time at work and at home if i can get something where i can make up my own shortcuts :)
