That is quite nice and professional. Although it seems that I dont know much about professionalism haha. Well the only thing I dont like are the yellow mouseovers but other than that it looks great.

The title images "About Us" would look more in line visually if y ou used the font within the logo (Don's Salads)

Also, break up the front page text with the images better.

Just dropping the images a few lines (Keeping them horizontal) may help the impact on the first entry.
