ni2.net version I

this is the first version or first appearance of ni2.net in public.. the site is hosted on my machine (DSL) so it might not seem fast if there's a lot of people on it..

comments/suggestions on the layout..? i'm willing to trade links with anyone that has a decent site..

the bit where it has info on users in the forums seems to need a sort of 'container'. like maybe put a divider to separate that section from the news bit

also with the header image one car seems to stand out. was that intentional?
