Frames is PS?

Is their a way to design frames in PS?
I want to take 4 400x400 jpgs and put them into perfect squared boxes onto a canvas...

and not that i know of
you would slive the layout
and code the frames into the layout
they would not be coded in ps

yeah, but Image Ready will do the wrok for you in a couple of minutes
