how do they made these bright colors?
btw,
its really not the first time im seeing the tipe of colorring.
i was wonderin' how can i do it:)

usually the color dodge blending mode, it all depends on the images used as to how bright or what colour it'll turn out though

What monk said about blending. ANd you can go to image > adjustment and just mess with levels, curves, brightness and all kinds of things.

Duplicate the image, apply a filter to it, something that distorts it a bit ( this will add somethign to the effect ). Then set the layer mode of the duplicate layer to color dodge. Then do what fever said, mess around with the settings, get what you like. That's it ;) You really can't get the same effect because don't really know what was used here...=(

I would do it using colour dodge. IF you really want to find out you could pm Ed and ask him how he did it.

i agree with the blending modes perspective

I am not too sure how it will affect the image but you might also want to try out Colour Balance(Ctrl+B)

main thing is to experiment :)
